Mixing of IP and FQDN

Description

I created a fresh blog and posted one entry.

The link behind the name (head of the post and in the latest entry sidebar) and the comment of the post links to the IP of my blog, but all other links link to the FQDN.

The problem was, the blog_url in zine.ini was using the IP of my host. But there is still a mixing in the blog view. Blog name and author link use the url, that was used to call the blog. On the other hand, the link to each entry / comments uses the blog_url.
